Answer:

(4a^{2x} )+2a^{x} b^{x} + \frac{b^{2x} }{4}

Step-by-step explanation:

The given equation is

(2a^x + \frac{1}{2}b^{x} } )^2 ...........(i)

we know the formula i.e.

(a+b)^{2}= a^{2}+ b^{2} +2(a)(b)

Applying this formula on equation (i) gives

= (2a^{x} )^{2} +(\frac{1}{2})^{2}*(b^{x} )^{2} + 2 (2a^{x} )(\frac{1}{2} b^{x})

Opening the sqaure gives and canceling  \frac{1}{2} with 2 gives us

= 4a^{2x} + \frac{1}{4}b^{2x} + 2a^{x}b^{x}

= (4a^{2x} )+2a^{x} b^{x} + \frac{b^{2x} }{4}

which is the answer

How many radians will the hour hand on a clock rotate in 36 hours?
VashaNatasha [74]
On a clock one rotation around the clock for 12 hours is 2pi, since the clock rotates for 36 hours that means that the clock rotates around the clock 3 times since 36/12=3. So 2pi*3= 6pi. Therefore the hour hand will rotate 6pi radians in 36 hours

10 computer operators can compose 120 pages in 2 hours. How many operators should work, if the same job is to be completed in 30
cupoosta [38]

Answer:

40 Operators

Step-by-step explanation:

if 10 operators worked on 120 pages for 2 hours

P operators will work on the same pages for 30min

note: 2hrs= 120min

10×120min/120= P × 30/120

  • cross multiply
  • make P subject of the formula

P= 10×120×120/120×30

P = 40 operators

Does The TI-Nspire works just like the TI-84 ?
dimaraw [331]

Answer:

TI-Nspire models automatically detect most points of interest such as x and y-intercepts, maximum values, and minimum values when you are in trace mode. TI-84 Plus models require you to use a series of left and right bounds and guesses to find those same values.
