Rewrite this sentence using a metaphor : Scott was sad for a long time after his puppy dies.

English

Scott was a heap of flowing, heartbroken tears for a long time after his beloved puppy passed away.

Note: Be careful with your tense. At the beginning, you said 'was sad' (past tense), and at the end, you put 'puppy dies' (present tense).

Hope this helps!
