They will be very active after they  get up from sleep. they will usually complete all their works at day time and they feel very tired at night. Hence they will go to bed earlier at night. Here, as Matthew finishes all his work in day time before noon, he is lark person.

The person who starts their work at night time are called owl. They will usually start their work after night and they will feel themselves active during night time and lazy during day time. As Meghna starts her work after 10 during night time she is an owl person.
