1. What was the greatest difference in the electorate of the late 1820s compared to the electorate at the beginning of the century? Voters in the 1820s were much better educated than those of the 1800s. More women, blacks, and Native Americans could vote in the 1820s. Many more people could vote because suffrage was almost universal for white men. There were fewer voters in the 1820s because of the property ownership requirements. Hope it Helps :)

How did the crusades impact the Europeans?
Brilliant_brown [7]

Answer: The first Crusade was successful for European leaders they were able to have some cities such as Jerusalem, Acre, Bethlehem, and Antioch. But after that things go wrong.

The political perspective was a failure.

Although they did not fully achieve their religious goal, the Crusades promoted major changes across Europe, such as the reopening of the Mediterranean to European shipping and trade. This made it possible to intensify trade between the West and the East, largely interrupted by Muslim expansion.

Why would americans view the compromise of 1850 as a final solution to the sectional controversy that began with the wilmot prov
liubo4ka [24]
The Wilmot Proviso prevented new states from becoming slave states, the compromise enabled them to become slave states if popular sovereignty wanted them to be. California was allowed to become a new, non-slave state, and in return Slavery was enabled and allowed in the south, strengthening fugitive laws even more. To everyone it seemed like a victory for a while.

The famous translator for conquistador Hernán Cortés was an Indian woman, the so-called La Malinche. Other names for her were Malintzin, Doña Marina. In Mexico, she´s seen as the embodiment of betrayal and lack of love for your own culture and people. She was the daughter of a local tribal chief , but after her father´s death she became a slave, and Cortés got her as a present. Malintzin was very talented for languages; she spoke her own dialect, nahuatl (the tongue of the Aztecs) and several other regional dialects. Cortés saw she could be very useful for his plans of conquest. Malinztin became one of Cortés´ lovers and played a great role in communication between the local peoples and the Spaniards.
