Dogs' intelligence can be defined as a process by which dogs infer different types of situations, information, and skills. Studies have shown that dogs display behavior according to their intelligence (as regards their instinct, their obedience, their adaptiveness to situations, their ability to learn and to solve problems, etc)

For example, you can stand out  the following:

- Beagle: has a single-minded but he is a dog, he is employed as a detection dog because of his ability to track

- Poodle: very intelligent, they learn easy and quick (once they learn, they won't forget it up) so they are easy to train.

- German Shepherd: as they have high intelligence and learn easily and quick, they are used for example as a watchdog for home. He is a very active dog (he like to play a lot). They work for example with police or military to catch criminals, moreover, they have an excellent sniffing power to find for example drugs, etc.

- Bernese Cowherd: it is used as a working dog. He is well suited to obedience and tracking. He has a calm disposition for training him.

- Blue Merle Border Collie: they have high intelligence. They are a loyal dog. They are good at problem-solving. They are easy to train because they can memorize complex commands. Use for herding livestock.

- Labrador Retriever: this breed is used for disability assistance and as a therapy dog. They are good sporting and hunting dogs. Besides, they are used by different forces to search and rescue because of their steady temperament.

What happends after the Raven flies into the speaker's room in The Raven by Edgar Allan Poe Arrange the events in the correct or
vovangra [49]
1. The speaker watches as the Raven flies in and perches on the bust of Pallas.
2. The speaker asks the raven if he'll ever get over the misery of losing his love Lenore.
3. The speaker wants to know if he'll ever meet Lenore in Heaven.
4. The speaker gets angry at the raven and shouts at it to fly away.
5. The speaker feels like his soul is trapped in the Raven's shadow.

I believe this is the correct order, although I really don't remember the part where 'the speaker imagines that angels have arrived and spread perfume in the room', so I cannot help you with that one.

PART A: What does the word "perceptible" mean as it is used in paragraph 1?
ser-zykov [4K]

Answer:

able to be observed

Explanation:

Thus question refers to excrept from Mark Twain's novel "Roughing It".

The word "perceptible" would most effectively be explained as "capable of being perceived" and it originates from Latin word "percipere" which means to understand, to know something with one's senses.

In the paragraph 1, this word is used in a sentence " The snow lay so deep on the ground that there was no sign of a road perceptible...".

That basically means that, because of the snow, the road could not be seen, observed or recognized.
