Everyone deals with trauma differently so it is important to be prepared in more than one way. However the following should consistently be implemented: having a group of family/friends which can keep you company (as to prevent loneliness), and most importantly, seeing a health professional such as a psycologist, or a psychiatrist which can also assist with medication if needed.
