<em>Massif Central:</em> The Massif Central is a highland region in the middle of Southern France. It mostly consists of mountains and plateaus, and covers approximately 15% of mainland France.
<em>Seine River: </em>The Seine River is a 777-kilometre-long river in the north of France. It is particularly well-known as the river that flows through Paris. Its river banks in Paris are lined with top monuments and museums, including Notre-Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum and Musée d'Orsay.
McCulloch v. Maryland (1819) is one of the first and most important Supreme Court cases on federal power. In this case, the Supreme Court held that Congress has implied powers derived from those listed in Article I, Section 8. The “Necessary and Proper” Clause gave Congress the power to establish a national bank.
