Answer:

Option: 2. Pluto

Explanation:

Both Hades and Pluto are considered to be the god of the underworld. Hades is a part of Greek mythology and Pluto from Roman Mythology.

The religion was important in the lives of Roman people, they believed in god and goddesses. The Romans considered that nature is a gift of God and Gods should be worshiped.

The Romans acknowledged that many things came from underneath the earth, gold, silver, other metals, and crops for being chief among them because it feeds the people, so Pluto was considered to be not so evil even if below the earth was a dark place.

1. Why did Mario become a successful artist and Giovanni did not?
Leona [35]

Answer:

Explanation:

This refers to the story of aspiring sculptures, Giovanni de Nowheresville, and Mario de Wealthton. They had the same start at the same university, however, their lives afterward were very much different.

Mario returned to his coast city which was rich because of the number of merchants. The number of well-off people was large and they could afford to have art pieces in their home, therefore Mario was often hired to create sculptures. First, he made them by the order, and afterward, he would make the name for himself and he would make them as he wanted.

Giovanni, however, returned to his small town that was centered around farming. He had to work at the farm to support himself, so he finished sculptures slowly. No one in his environment had money to spend on the art, so Giovanni couldn't earn off it and could never make it as famous artists.

Therefore, we see that the key was the environment and the opportunity each of the artists had - Mario became successful because he lived in a rich environment that could support him, and he had the change to live off from art, while Giovanni had to farm for a living and his environment did not have money for the art pieces.

Which statement regarding Americans and crime is verified by criminal statistics.
Ivanshal [37]
The statement regarding African American crime verified in statistics is that the largest amount of homicides that happen in the US are still homicides where African americans kill other african americans. Movements like Black Lives Matter are therefore problematic in the sense that they are trying to paint a picture where cops are the main way how they die.

2. How did Germanic peoples organize Europe politically after the end of the western Roman empire? -into many kingdoms-
stepan [7]
Answer: Into many kingdoms.
The Germanic peoples settled in the zones of the old Roman Empire in the West, being born kingdoms where the Germans sought to separate like an elite, and separated of the population; but the Visigoths and Franks, more peaceful and stable, mingled with the population in religious, legislative and social aspects, coming to have Latin as the basis of their new languages. The difference between the Germanic peoples and the Roman Empire, in terms of their cultures, was very great, but from this contact, the Germans adopted many Roman customs, including their ways of organizing themselves politically; along with the old Germanic traditions. This mixture of cultures was the social and cultural basis of medieval Europe, and the basis of modern Western civilization.
