Why shouldn't schools sale fast food

English

Schools shouldn't sell fast food. This is because we are trying to get rid of obesity. Schools are meant for education, so selling junk food in an environment like school would encourage students even more. Also, since students work hard in school, they might want a snack between classes. We might get hungry and eat ANYTHING that is provided. The only thing that we would have is junk food. Therefor, schools should be providing a message to kids that you should go for a more healthy snack, like bananas or almonds.

Because the food school gives us has been proven to be more unhealthy than most fast foods.

Would you like Fred and to leave for lunch now? me or myself
DedPeter [7]
The answer is me. Would you like Fred and me to leave for lunch now? Because if you were to say this without Fred you would say, "Would you like me to leave for lunch now" rather than, "Would you like myself to leave for lunch now". So your correct answer is me. Saying myself sounds awkward and is not the correct terminology for this phrase.
I hope this helps!

Using indirect characterization, describe a character who is experiencing a moral dilemma
lora16 [44]
Jake, brave, pitiful, and older than his years, gazed down at his starving family. His mother had passed on a few months ago, and her dying wish was that the family stay together. Jake knew the foster system; it was unlikely that they could all stay together, especially with his track record with the law. Yet, he knew that they would not survive long without more food and money. He felt torn between fulfilling his promise to his mother and that other promise he made, the promise to himself. He had vowed to change his life when his mother was diagnosed with cancer. Stealing would fulfill her promise (as long as he didn't get caught) but break the promise to himself that made him a new man. This new man cared for his siblings; what would happen to his family if he became a thief?
