Answer: the correct answer is 25%

T is the allele for tall plant, which is dominant trait. 't' is the allele for dwarf plant, which is a recessive trait.

Genotypes of the parent plants are- Tt and Tt. When they are crossed, there are 25% chances of producing tt offsprings. Refer the punnett square for this.

% of Offsprings with tt genotype = \frac{1}{4} \times 100

                                                      =  25%
