State your position on whether or not your self worth is directly linked to what you own. Please help
elena55 [62]

Answer: Self-worth is something determined by someone's own mental health and restraint. Sometimes owning something does not define how you veiw yourself. For example if you owned a broken stuffed animal as a childhood toy, it wouldn't reflect your occupation as a billionare. It depends from people to people. Some want to by the things they deem worthy of themselves while others don't care. So no, your position is not concretely linked to what you own.

Explanation: Just my little answer. Everyone has their own. Have a nice day :)

Which of the following lines uses figurative language?
tia_tia [17]

The line that uses figurative language is the last one: The girl's eyes were deep blue oceans.

Figurative language refers to the use of figures of speech to make a literary text more impactful and to develop a more creative writing. Some forms of figurative language are simile, metaphor and personification. In the case of the line "The girl's eyes were deep blue oceans", there is a metaphor since a thing (the deep blue oceans) is regarded as representative of something else (the girl's eyes). In that way, the author is describing the girl's eyes by means of a comparison that, at the same time, should not been taken literally.
