Hello!

When converting to an improper fraction, first you multiply the denominator by the whole number.

9(3)=27

Then you add the numerator

27+2=29

You put this number over the original denominator.

\frac{29}{9}

I hope this helps!

This can be written as an improper fraction or a decimal:-

3 2/9 = 29/9

3 2/9 = 3.222... ( the 2 recurs beyond bounds)

Answer:

2677 mi^2

Step-by-step explanation:

Think the shape as an complete rectangle :

The area of the rectangle is calcluated by multiplying height*width

(24+12+19)*55 = 3025 mi^2 now subtract the area of the missing part using same area calculation method:

12*29 = 348 mi^2 the area of the figure:

3025 - 348 = 2677 mi^2

The transitive property of equality states that:
Naily [24]

Answer: If a=b and b=c, then a=c

Step-by-step explanation:

Let be "a", "b", and "c" all real numbers, the Transitive property of equalities states that :

If a=b and b=c, then a=c

You can observe that if two numbers are equal to the same number, then all this numbers are equal to each other.

For example, applying the Transitive property of equalities to:

x+3=5 and 2x+1=5

You can equate them:

x+3=2x+1

And solve for "x":

3-1=2x-x\\\\x=2
