In Spanish, the verbs as "gustar", "importar"  ( doler, faltar, encantar, parecer ...) agree with what we call the direct object.

you have to "change" the sentences this way ==>

hacer cola no les gusta ( hacer cola -> singular)

los viajes les importan ( = los viajes -> plural)
