The child will not have a development and a comprehensive education. Holistic education goes beyond the cognitive aspect, includes the emotional, spiritual, critical and physical, awakening in the child a creative potential, to relate better to everything that surrounds him, making him a more integral being.

The holistic method of children development emerged between the 1960 and 1970, above all it follows the Montessori method in which students are encourage to learn and study at their own speed so they can grow intellectually with a style of learning more explorative.

Holistic development in children emphasizes all parts of a child’s being like emotional, spiritual and creative, it encourages a fluid connection between mind, body and spirit in contrast to the traditional method of teaching.

How do writers use direct characterization in a story?
MissTica
Direct characterization refers to when an author directly states what a character is like. For example, he is bad/good/ugly/obnoxious, etc. The author is letting us know directly what the character looks like, behaves like, is like. This is opposite of indirect characterization, where we have to deduce what a character is like based on his or her actions, what other characters think about them, etc.

If the dimensions of a circle are tripled, the area of the resulting circle will also be three times larger. True False
kobusy [5.1K]

Answer:

False. The dimensions of the resulting circle will be 9 times as large

Explanation:

The only dimension a circle has is its radius , r

The area of a circle is given by πr^{2}

if the radius is tripled, the new radius will become 3r.

hence the new area will become

π ×(3r)^{2}

= 9πr^{2}

Hence, the new area will be 9 times as large.
