This statement is true. The Petition of Right was signed by the King of England in 1215. Magna Carta (Great Character) was the first step in a history of English-speaking world considering human rights. It had a great influence back then, and it lead to the rule of constitutional law.

This was such an important phenomenon because at the time furs and skins were really expensive. Easily 8,000 for just a zebras hide, if not more. Africa was one of the biggest places to poach. Poaching is when an animal is killed illegally.
