If 43% of adults say cashews are their favorite kind of nut, then if you ask 12 adults the result should be: 12 adults x 43%= 5.16 adults.

If you round the result, you will get 5 of 12 adults saying that cashews are their favorite nut. Then the right option would be (b) at least four

-15/2 = 3x solve for x and simplify your answer as much as possible
Angelina_Jolie [31]

Answer:

x = -5/2

Step-by-step explanation:

-15/2 = 3x

multiply both sides by 2:

2(-15/2) = 2(3x)

-15 = 6x

divide both sides by 6:

-15/6 = 6x/6

x = -15/6

this can be reduced to:

x = -5/2
