The scene in Hound of Baskerville that is important is when they show the memory of the mansion's last inhabitant fearing a large hound with red eyes. Another important scene is when the tell the legend of the Hound of Baskerville. it is said that the Baskervilles were cursed by a Huge Black Hound that would come for them when they went outside alone.
