Answer:

I don't think that schools should make students wear uniforms. If schools make the students wear uniforms then the school is going to have to pay to have those uniforms made. Students might even hate their school because the school is making them wear uniforms. On the other hand, students wouldn't be bullied for the clothes they wear as much because everyone is wearing the same thing. But, if students wore uniforms then they wouldn't be able to express themselves.
