The Great Depression was an economic crisis that happened during the 1930's when the United States stock market crashed affecting different industries all over the country. One of its political causes was the establishment of the Federal Reserve System as well as overproduction.
It led towards the partitioning of the subcontinent. If you want to learn more about the reason why this happened, it's because of their notable differences in religious perspectives. Instead of causing chaos in India, they just decided to separate the subcontinent instead.
Heinrich Himmler implemented Hitler's Holocaust plan to uproot eastern Europeans and send German peasants to colonize their land. They were Nazis and Himmler was responsible for the Holocaust, and directed the mass killing of six million Jewish people, and many other ethnicities. He later committed suicide in the British custody.
