If the slope formula is $\frac{ y_{1}- y_{2} }{ x_{1}- x_{2} }$ all you have to do is plug in the points:

$\frac{0-2}{-4 -5}$ = $\frac{-2}{-9}$ = $\frac{2}{9}$

or

$\frac{2-0}{5-(-4)}$ = $\frac{2}{9}$

Either way your slope is going to be $\frac{2}{9}$
