Have a diet low on salt and workout at least 3 times a week. Having CVD means that the heart isn't working properly, the best way to avoid that is to maintain a healthy diet and train your heart by going to the gym or playing sports or at least just jogging everyday for 30 minutes.

OlgaM077 [116]

Null hypothesis is the hypothesis that the effect relationship, or the other manifestations of variables  and data under investigation does not exist.

This assumption of no difference between between the experimental and control groups is known as null hypothesis.

If the results of the study indicate a P value, it indicates that there is a difference between the groups and it is determined with the help of the P value that this difference is due to chance.

Which step in the decision making process is MOST helpful in learning from mistakes?
pshichka [43]

It can be learnt by observing the errors performed by us in making a decision.

Explanation:

Making a decision is a complex task. It involves critical thought process and analysis to make a decision error free. But not every decision that one makes is always error free. We make mistakes in our doings and to make a complete and logical decision one should learn from the mistakes they have made.

This can be done by evaluating the errors that one has performed while taking a decision. This evaluation should make one aware of making further mistakes.
