There are several ways to measure central tendency, but the one that is used for calculating your grade point average, be it in high school or college, is (C) mean.
A mean is <em>the average of all numbers</em>; in the case of your grade point average, the mean, which is represented by your grade point average, shows your average grade from a series of subjects that you took.
