I strongly believe that science crosses paths and correlates with other fields of study such as religious studies and philosophy. This is because ideas (such as the creation of the earth, how god created animals, made the moon and sun, created us in pairs and the Big Bang) are explored in both scientific fields of study and in religious studies. Hope this helps ;)

A local town has a problem with too many mice running around. In response to this they start a war on the mice, and get neighbor
Molodets [167]

Answer:

See the answer below

Explanation:

The impacts of wiping out the mice can be classified into two - positive or negative.

The positive impact resulting from wiping out the mice would be felt in terms of reduced destruction to properties, transmission of pathogens, and constituting a nuisance to the environment.

The negative impact, however, will largely be felt on the existing food chains in the community. Organisms that serve as food for the mice will experience a boost in their population as a result of reduced predation while organisms whose source of food depends on the mice will see a decline in their own population as a result of inadequate food. This might create a chain reaction that may lead to a major disruption to the food chains and the overall functioning of the ecosystem.

An organisms blank are located on threadlike structures called chromosomes
gayaneshka [121]

Explanation:

An organisms genes are located on threadlike structures called chromosomes.

Genes are a set of coded instructions in the form of DNA, which are crucial to cell regulation- these enable protein synthesis.

Further Explanation:

Nucleic acids are comprised of smaller units called nucleotides and function as storage for the body’s genetic information. These monomers include ribonucleic acid (RNA) or deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). They differ from other macromolecules since they don’t provide the body with energy. They exist solely to encode and carry out protein synthesis.

All the genetic information within the eukaryotic cell is stored within the nucleus as helical DNA. This DNA is condensed and tightly wound around histones as chromosomes. Chromosomes within the nucleus is unwound, unzipped and read by enzymes in a complex series of steps known as transcription. The message on DNA, called genes is copied by RNA polymerase, to form mRNA complementary sequence to that of the DNA strand. These are then translated into proteins in ribosomes.
