The paragraph contains several errors in the use of commas. Decide if the underlined part of the text needs to be revised or if

it is correct as is.
Each year since 1901 the Nobel Prize has been awarded to a wide range of international recipients for their achievements in chemistry, literature, medicine, peace and physics. Funds for the Nobel Prize were established in the will of Alfred Nobel written in 1895. Nobel's own interests in science invention, entrepreneurship, writing, and peace are reflected in the categories for the prizes. Few of the recipients have been household names; and only a small fraction have been Americans. No Peace Prize was awarded during the early part of World War I, from 1914 to 1916, but the award was bestowed on the International Red Cross in 1917. Similarly no prizes at all were awarded during part of World War II: from 1940 through 1942; and the International Red Cross again won the Peace Prize in 1944. Other well-known American recipients have been Jane Addams in 1931, Martin Luther King Jr. in 1964, and Henry Kissinger in 1973. Most recently, Al Gore former vice president under Bill Clinton, won the Peace Prize in 2007, and President Barack Obama won it in 2009.

Which option below would be an acceptable revision of the sentence "Few of the recipients have been household names; and only a small fraction have been Americans."?

names and

names, and

names; and

No revision is necessary.

Read this excerpt from a story:
Juliette [100K]

Answer:

B

Explanation:

I think the answer is B because she clearly states that she is going into the house for her newspaper article, not to show how brave she is which eliminates A. She also does admit her fear when she said that it is just as scary as everybody warned so it can not be C which leaves us with B.

When would you want to integrate information from two different sources?
I am Lyosha [343]
And integration can be done if two articles provide or contain information about the same topic. This is when the information from the two different sources must be merged or taken together. Thus, the correct answer is the second option
