I strive to stay physically fit, and trust me there are so many benefits. Examples: You won't have to worry about heart attack as much as if you were unfit because your blood will flow easier and more throughout (meaning it won't get stuck and clump). You breathe easier and your lungs are more healthy because it gets rid of all of that buildup in it. You will certainly feel way better about yourself and gain more self-confidence. It is also a stress reliever for if you're depressed or sad/mad. And many many more that i can't name right now.

Technology has advanced and improved over time.

-Globalization of sports refers to the process of expansion of the idea of sport across the world and phenomena that are associated with it.

-Thanks to the combination of the globalization of sports and the increased media coverage of sports, fans around the world can root for the same team, which is why team pride is very prominent.

Will mark brainliest to best answer need answered ASAP!!!
Ostrovityanka [42]

There are many ways to discipline a child; some people do it the right way and some do it wrong (like abusive behaviors) Some ways to safely discipline a child without being physical are, taking away a certain privilege or thing (ex: phone privilege, gaming) that way they can learn that if they misbehave, they must suffer the consequences. Another way is if they are younger (or maybe even older like a teenager) you can put them on "time out" (my mom does this to my brother and he's 15 lol)

Hope this helps chu

Have a great day
