"all men having power ought to be mistrusted."—James Madison
S_A_V [24]

Answer:

b. if you were an anti-federalist, you would use the quote to support your argument that a confederation of sovereign states is the best form of government.

Explanation:

Anti-federalists were those who opposed the ratification of the Constitution. Anti-federalists believed that the Constitution gave too much power to the centralized, federal government. They were worried about the fact that such a centralized government might be able to hold too much power, weakening the autonomy of the states. They would most likely agree with this statement, as the statement says that those who hold power should always be mistrusted.

Can someone help me with this please please
NemiM [27]
“Huh?” I looked around confused, trying to look for danger, but it’s just a noisy lunch room. I shrugged it off and placed the napkin on my tray, thinking it was just someone’s try at a sick joke. The bell rang, I got up with my head down and collected my trash. I proceeded to throw my tray in the can. Then, I noticed something odd...quietness, no bodies of the other students, the lunch room was empty. Where did everybody go? I walked out the lunch room and into the hallway with caution. My heart dropped. “Am I...alone?”

The most effective order for the main points of speech depends upon the topic, the specific purpose of the speech, and the audie
aleksley [76]

Answer:

The correct answer is: "a. True".

Explanation:

Although there is a pattern for presentations which organizes the speech in three main parts, also known as "introduction", "development", and "conclusions", they are very dependent on the topic, the specific purpose of the speech, and the audience. The statement is totally true because the most effective one is always depedent on context. Therefore, the main points, the purpose of speech and the audience expectations must be addressed in a specific way, accounting for which one must be highlighted for first or not in order to achieve its goals.
