Answer: We do have free will and we should pray to God.

Explanation: God gives us two predetermined paths, one of good and one of evil, and we are given the freewill to decide which path we are going to take.

We should pray to God because He wants still wants us to voice our requests, concerns, and problems even though He already knows about them. God likes hearing from us.

Briefly describe how California's state goverment is similar in structure to the federal government of the united states.
mamaluj [8]

The similarities in structure of the California state government and the federal government are:

 • They both have three branches of government.
 • These branches have the same duties.
 • The Constitution is supreme.

How are the federal and California governments similar?

Both governments have an Executive branch that enforces laws, a legislative branch that makes laws, and a Judicial branch that engages in the interpretation of the law.

The governments also have Constitutions that are considered supreme to laws in their jurisdictions. This means that no law in California can be contrary to the California Constitution.
