Some people, like me, are empaths, that means that we are able to easily sense other peoples emotions and feelings. Others arent able to do that, and even after being given multiple hints, they still wont understand. So, my suggestion, is that if you are having trouble with your emotions, or your needs, you should talk to someone who you trust and who can help you.
Keep your mind calm and not worry about the issues that you are not mainly involved with. it helps to just walk and exercise to take your mind off everything
