Answer: A

Reason: Connotations are the feelings or emotions associated with a word. For example, “We bought inexpensive souvenirs at the amusement park” the connotation would be inexpensive because this adds positive emotion to the sentence.

Answer:

A

Explanation:

Because from a connotation, the reader either gets a positive or negative feeling from that word. Ex: "I'll kill you!" definitely has a negative connotation (feeling).

What are some considerations you should have of your audience? How will you adjust the content in your speech to your audience,
nasty-shy [4]

some considerations you should have of your audience would be who your audience is, is it business is it a reunion, exc. you would adjust the content to your audience by making sure it is put in a way they will understand. especially if it is a persuasive speech you want to make them believe your point of view. if your audience was president of the college you would need to change your speech to be as professional as possible.

PLZ ANSWER (about JFK)
kipiarov [429]

I wrote this just now! I take AP US History as well as AP English, so I am a good writer. I hope you find this suitable! :)

Answer: In Lesson 5.02, I read about President John F. Kennedy's views on America, government, and the future of the economy. In paragraph 20 of the Lesson, Kennedy does mention a counterclaim. He states, <em>"I know that there are those who want to turn everything over to the Government. I don't at all. I want the individuals to meet their responsibilities and I want the States to meet their responsibilities. But I think there is also a national responsibility."</em> In this quote, he recognizes the existence of ideas that differ from his, while simultaneously proving the counterclaim wrong. He says that while others want to turn all responsibility over to the government, he does not agree with that. He also provides a plan on how this will be accomplished later on in the lesson, especially in Paragraph 24, where he says, <em>"I believe in effective governmental action, and I think that's the only way that the United States is going to maintain its freedom."</em> Essentially, he agrees that effective governmental action is the way that the USA can best progress as a country.

<em>I hope this helps! Feel free to give me Brainliest if you feel this helped. Have a good day and good luck on your assignment.</em>
