What mistakes, errors, or miscalculations lead to japans defeat at midway
frutty [35]

Answer:

The Japanese had a rather arrogant opinion that their codes were unbreakable. Most military leaders, if they planned an attack at Port Moresby and were met by their opponents with the most carriers they could have on hand - would wonder if their opponents had prior information to their intent. (It could have been much worse for the Japanese at Coral Sea if it occurred a little later for the two American carriers used in the Doolittle Raid could have arrived in time and would have doubled the airpower of the American fleet.)

What were the European views of Imperalism??
Natali5045456 [20]
Western Europe valued imperialism. For example, Great Britain was known for the numerous colonies that they had. There is a quote that states, "The Sun never sets on Great Britain" meaning that they had so many colonies around the world that the Sun never set on them. In addition, countries such as France and Spain also imperialized especially in the New Worl. However, Eastern Europe was always less developed than Western Europe so they didn't have the power to colonize countries. I hope this help! Good luck!
