Peter wants to buy office space for his new business however he is not sure if the current market is suitable for buying property hence he consults his real estate agent for advice.

A real estate agent is a person who helps consumers buy and sell land. This person is who you want to reach out to when you are considering buying or selling because they are aware of the market and know when the best times/places to buy are. Roll sum of 19 sum of 17 sum of 15 sum of 13 doubles other winnings $5 $3 $2 $1 $.5 $0.

What is Roll sum?

The 12-month rolling sum is the total of the previous 12 months. As the 12-month period "rolls" forward each month, the amount from the most recent month is added and the amount from the previous year is deducted. As a result, a 12-month total has been carried forward to the new month.

Cumulative sums, often known as running totals, are used to show the total sum of data as it grows over time (or any other series or progression). This allows you to see the entire contribution of a specific measure across time.

The total number of possible outcomes is 36, which is equal to the total number of the first die (6) multiplied by the total number of the second die (6).

cupoosta [38]

Complete Question:

A customer wishes to place a buy order for a security that has not been registered with the SEC. The purchase order can be filled if the security:

A. is exempt from SEC registration

B. is traded by at least 2 market makers

C. has been trading in the market for at least 1 year

D. is sold to professional investors

Answer:

Is exempt from SEC registration

Explanation:

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is a regulatory agency that is saddled with the responsibility of regulating the capital market and ensuring investors are well protected by making sure standard rules are followed.

If a customer wishes to place a buy order for a security that has not been registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The security may be purchased if the security is exempt from SEC registration.

By standard, the SEC states and implore investors to purchase only securities that are registered with the securities and exchange commission (SEC) or only when an exemption is made available. If securities have been trading for about a year or is being traded by a minimum of two companies, no exemption would be given by the SEC.

Also, there isn't any exemption for securities that is sold only to professional investors.

However, investors can purchase municipal and government securities even without it being registered with the securities and exchange commission.

In a nutshell, the customer can only purchase a security that has not been registered only if it is exempted from SEC registration.
