Peter wants to buy office space for his new business however he is not sure if the current market is suitable for buying property hence he consults his real estate agent for advice.

A real estate agent is a person who helps consumers buy and sell land. This person is who you want to reach out to when you are considering buying or selling because they are aware of the market and know when the best times/places to buy are. Making sure the market is a buyers market is ideal when purchasing and sellers market when selling.

Delos, Inc. reports the following information for April: Sigma Gamma Units sold 2 comma 000 units 800 units Sales price per uni
andrew11 [14]

Answer:

D. $ 322,000

Explanation:

                                                Delos, Inc.

                   Contribution margin format income statement

For sigma

Sales revenue (2,000 units × $350) = $700,000

Less: variable manufacturing cost = (2,000 units × $175) = ($350,000)

Less: sales commission = (700,000 × 4%) = ($28,000)

Contribution margin for sigma = $700,000 - $350,000 - $28,000

Contribution margin = $322,000

Therefore, option D is correct.

A buyer has decided to offer $335,000 for a home that she really likes. The bank will loan her 80% of the purchase price for 30
RUDIKE [14]

Answer:

We have:

Amount of principal = $268,000

Interest payment = $1,522.24

Explanation:

These can be calculated as follows:

Loan principal = Cost of the home * Percentage to borrow = $335,000 * 80% = $268,000

Interest payment = (Loan principal / $1,000) * $5.68 = ($268,000 / $1,000) * $5.68 = 268 * $5.68 = $1,522.24

Therefore, we have:

Amount of principal = $268,000

Interest payment = $1,522.24
