I had to read this about 5 times in order to understand what it was asking xD!! It's just asking "how many times do you multiply 10 to get 10^12, divide that by 2, then multiply that by 10". 12 divided by 2 multiplied by 10 6 multiplied by 10 60 dB I'm not positive, but I believe it's 60 dB
Since any integer can be written as the ratio of two integers, all integers are rational numbers. Remember that all the counting numbers and all the whole numbers are also integers, and so they, too, are rational.
