All plots must have conflict. Without a rising ation and climax our story wouldnot go any where or result to anything. The steps are exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, catastrophe and resolution.
A plot can be both without action and dialogue it is not common but it can be done, but it is essential to have conflict or you don't have a plot at all.
Hope this helps, if you need anymore help or further explanation just let me know! :)

kvv77 [185]
We usually drop the 'e' at the end of words when adding an ending that begins with a vowel suffix (e.g. -ing, -ed, -er, -able, -ous, ).But with words ending in 'ge' keep the 'e' before 'able' to keep the soft 'ge' sound-
manageable, changeable, knowledgeable...
We also keep the 'e' in words ending in 'ce' before 'able' to keep the soft 'c' ( "s") sound-
noticeable, replaceable, serviceable...
Another exception to the rule is the final -e is not dropped from words ending in: -ee, -oe, -ye.
see - seeing, agree - agreeing, canoe - canoeist, dye - dyeing

In a greek drama, the purpose of the prologue was to
Nesterboy [21]
It was to give the audience pre-existing knowledge about the play that would help with the understanding of the play and its conflicts and often it foreshadows something that is going to happen... for example the begging of Romeo and Juliet when the chorus tells us that there is a feud between the two families and how it was a tragedy of star crossed lovers.
