Answer:D.

Explanation:I have read this poem and studied it before,D seems like the best option because the tapping sound at the speakers door is suspenseful,and makes you wonder what is behind the door.Also,in the poem there is no storm,the raven does not say horrific things,and the window does not blow out any candles.
