Ok, so you know that we can't divide fractions no matter what. The first thing you do is keep the first fraction, then change the divide sign to multiplication ( opposite of division is multi. ) and finallly flip the last fraction to 7/1 .

Here's a video to help you understand that method more ...

The answer ends up as 6.53333333333

Hope this helps !

the country's population in 1994 was 76 million in 1998 it was 81 million estimate the population in 2016
Valentin [98]
Between 1994 and 1998 the population increased by 5 miliion, approximately 1 1/4 million a year.

2016 - 1998 = 18 years at 1 1/4 million a year = 22 1/2 million

Estimate therefore is: 81 + 22 1/2 = 103 !/2 million

Use De Moivre's theorem to express cos 5θ and sin 5θ in terms of sin θ and cos θ.
Sonja [21]
From the de Moivre's we have,
<span>
(cosθ+isinθ)^n=cos(nθ)+isin(nθ)
</span><span>
Therefore,
</span><span>
R((cosθ+isinθ)^5)=cos(5θ)I((cosθ+isinθ)^5)=sin(5θ)
</span><span>
Simplifying,
</span><span>
cos^5(θ)−10(sin^2(θ))(cos^3(θ))+5(sin^4(θ))(cosθ)=cos(5θ) </span><span>
</span>
