Well when scientists wish to learn something, they use the scientific method. The first step is to observe something/could be a problem. Then ask a question about it. Form a hypothesis, or a possible answer to that question. These are the first steps.
Further steps include setting up an experiment and results, etc, but I think you know the rest! Hope this helps!
The correct answers are:
A) Births will decline but so will deaths;
B) Any population increase due to births should decline world wide;
For the year of 2035 it is expected that the world population will experience a decline in the birthrates, as it is expected that due to the globalization and modernization of the world the people will be having less and less children. Also, it is expected that the deaths will decline, and that will be caused by the better living conditions and improved healthcare, resulting in higher life expectancy. Since the birthrates are expected to be declining by this year all over the world, it is expected that even in the countries with high birthrates, they will be on a decline, thus resulting in much slower growing population.

Students should study history because of the importance history has in the affect of each and everyone of our lives. For example:
1) Learning from history, we can see the problems everyone faced, the way they overcame it (by what techniques) and finally how the answer evolved through the generations. From there, we can see how we should react the best way as possible.
- For example, we can learn from World War I and World War II, that being easier in peace terms may greatly affect the outcome of the next few years, as during WWI, because of the economic collapse and the large amount of reparation fee Germany had to pay, it made them angry, and with Hitler as their leader, start WWII, another deadly war.
2) History tends to repeat itself, and we should always study it, as the whatever actions and choices we choose now will change the results that would happen in the future.
3) History allows us to see how our communities, beliefs, and countries evolved throughout the years, and what events had helped shape each and every one of us (such as The Great Enlightenment). It gives us insight on how the world evolves, and what advancements we were able to get.
4) We should study history, because it is part of our past. If certain events had not happened, we might not even be where we were. For example, a Jewish might not have descendents living in the US if there was no Holocaust and "the Last Solution", which was put into law by Hitler during the 1940s.
