I can actually relate to you on this topic. This doesn’t happen to me for presentations, but other things.
What I find is most important is to breathe. Take a deep breath in and let it out. Do this multiple times before you present. Taking deep breaths will relax your whole body and won’t make your heart beat so fast.
And remember to be confident in yourself too. Confidence is key
