Answer:

In my opinion i think that students should hold the same right as the do outside school. In example, everyone has the right to defend themselves if they are being attacked or threatened. But as soon as the step in school that all goes out the window, if you get in a fight at school and you defend yourself you get in trouble too. This isn't quite right in my opinion.

He decided to make a speech to assure the people that he is working towards reviving the economy. He says "our greatest primary task is to put the people to work" and to achieve this there has to be massive recruitment of workers that must commence immediately. He also states that there will be "a strict supervision of all banking and credit facilities" this is to prevent a future crash of the stock market.
