Answer:

In my opinion i think that students should hold the same right as the do outside school. In example, everyone has the right to defend themselves if they are being attacked or threatened. But as soon as the step in school that all goes out the window, if you get in a fight at school and you defend yourself you get in trouble too. This isn't quite right in my opinion.

KATRIN_1 [288]

Answer:

B). Sentence 2

Explanation:

As per the question, sentence 2 most aptly involves the use of imagery. It involves vivid descriptions of the sky by using similes(in 'hung like swath' and in like a 'black velvet') which appeal to the readers' senses and help them in visualizing the exact scenario and eliciting the desired feelings effectively. The adjectives like 'blue and black' function like icing on the cake in order to allow the readers to imagine the exact situation of the sky more realistically. Read the excerpt from "Climate Change: An Overview.” Today, ninety-seven percent of climate experts agree that humans are causin
Sergeu [11.5K]

The statistic in this excerpt supports the idea that humans are not the only one responsible for climate change. There is a counter position about the exclusive responsibility of the human being towards this.

According to the excerpt, no scientific body that is considered serious in their investigations, can accept the responsibility from other factors than the human emissions of greenhouse gases.

A report written in the New York Times statrs that

…”The global, long-term warming trend is “unambiguous,” it says, and there is “no convincing alternative explanation” that anything other than humans — the cars we drive, the power plants we operate, the forests we destroy — are to blame….”

…”Scientists said the report’s findings were clear.

“This new report simply confirms what we already knew. Human-caused climate change isn’t just a theory, it’s reality,”…

This means that, there is not a doubt that humans are the responsible for the global warming and its negative effect over the earth.
