I'm a little confused as to what you mean, unless you mean like doodling while taking notes. In which case ,all you need is a pencil, maybe a pen or a few different colored pens for different details if you'd like.

I personally just doodle things that pertain to my notes off to the side of my notebook, with a really comical style but not extremely overexaggerated to where it takes focus off of the notes themselves
