The answer to the question above is "Avoid sitting for long periods of time." When we say hysterectomy, this is the surgical procedure done by removing all parts of the uterus. In this case, thromboembolism might be a complication when the patient sits for a long period of time because a blood clot may be formed which would result in the obstruction of a blood vessel and this may affect one's circulation. Near the uterus, there are some blood vessels called the  uterine<span> venous plexus. </span>

There are 5 groups in the vertebral column. In order they are called

1) Cervical

2) Thoracic

3) Lumbar

4) Sacrum

5) Coccyx

The 4th group contain 5 bones and once you are in the adult phase, roughly at about 26 years, the 5 bones fuses into one bone which shrink the number of bones the vertebra column have but but does not lose in size.
