More leg strength would be necessary. but she doesnt want to get to built because her reaction time would be slower and it would throw her balance off as well so just core workouts or skating practice to get what she needs. and can i get the brainliest:)

the difference has to do with physical activity, these people are usually younger & make a conscious effort to work out in addition to day to day adl's.
health &wellness has more 2 do with older people as in eating healthier, going to the dr. when necessary and making an effort to go 4 walks, or bike rides. it's about feeling better.
