Answer:

2.8667

Step-by-step explanation:

I'm going to try and show my work on here, but it is difficult without a graph or excel spreadsheet:

Class Grade Credit Points

Math C 5 5*2=10

Soc B 3 3*3=9

Eng B 4 4*3=12

Music A 3 3*4=12

Total 15 10+9+12+12=43

To get the totals I added up everything from each column.

To find the GPA, you Divide the Total Points = 43 by Total Credits = 15

43/15 = 2.8667

Valentin [98]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Yes, she can use this inequality and it does matter since the number of cars that the inequality provides will need to be equal to or more than that number in order for all the students to be able to go. Therefore, if we apply the inequality it would give us the minimum number of cars needed (n) like so

12 + 3n > 28 ... subtract 12 on both sides

3n > 16 ... divide both sides by 3

n > 5 1/3

Since there can't be 1/3 of a car and the number of cars needed must be higher than 5 1/3 then we would need a total of 6 cars to take all of the children.

frozen [14]

As We can see that point J is on (-2,5) and L is on (-2,-2)

So we know that distance cannot be in negative, thus

Distance between J and L =5+2=7 units

JL=7
