It's a fallacious reasoning because it's saying that these artists who are famous aren't making money when they are clearly being very productive with their talent to make more money.

if it was referring to a street artist, it would be a different reasoning, and not fallacious, since they are trying to build themselves up in not an according to a
way.

Ainat [17]

Answer:

The idealistic approach is more valuable in the long-term, because it not only offers solutions to present and future problems, but it also offers a vision: an idea about the future for a person, a corporation, a city, or a nation.

The practical approach is more valuable in the short-term. While long-term ideas and vision of the idealists can be fulfilled, there are many concrete problems that need to be solved in the meantime, and this is the time and place where practical people shine.

Read the passage from the opinion of the court in Dred Scott v. Sandford, written by Justice Taney. The question then arises, wh
Anna007 [38]

The correct answer is:

Taney cannot deny Scott citizenship because it is a federal right.

Before the civil war, only white men with property could vote, and only white people could be United States citizens. African Americans that were born in the United States territory are all citizens, by the The 14th Amendment (1868). So a perfect  counterclaim to the claim in the excerpt would be the chosen one because his citizenship is a Federal right by The 14th Amendment.
