In the chapter, “Vincent in Arles,” van Gogh is able to complete many paintings in a very short amount of time. To fully underst

and van Gogh's talent, use different resources to find out how much time a painter usually spends on a single painting. Perhaps, you could visit a local museum and speak to the curators. Report your findings in a well-crafted paragraph.

All this combined can be added to the time it takes to paint a painting. So the answer to “How long does it takes to paint a painting?” could be 2 hours, a day, a week, plus 25 years; 25 years of experience.

Now, I don't have the time to go to the library or interview an artist, but I am an artist myself, so I think I can do this question. Painting can take anywhere from 2 hours to 2 months. It depends on how inspired you are, how much experience you've had, and how much you like what you are doing. Vincent van Gogh was very inspired by his surroundings and had been painting for 25 years at that time, so it's no surprise that he was able to make so many paintings in such a short time span.
