Answer: a. 11.5%

Explanation:

Fad followers are those investors who follow a trend when it emerges and as such their betas will be less than that of informed traders because the informed traders would have acted first.

Using the Capital Asset Pricing Model to calculate expected return.

Er = Rf + b( Rm - Rf)

Er = Expected return

Rf = Risk Free Rate

b = Beta

Rm = Market Return.

The Expected Return for the Informed Investors is,

= 4% + 1.4 ( 10% - 4%)

= 4% + 1.4 ( 6%)

= 12.4%

With the Fad followed expected to have a lower beta and therefore a lower expected return than the Informed Investors, the only suitable option is the 11.5%.

Answer:

A. Debiting Cost of Goods Sold $7,000

Explanation:

The LIFO is a method used to account value for inventory. Under the method, the last item of inventory purchased is the first one sold.

At year-end, the perpetual inventory records of Anderson Co. indicate 60 units of a particular product in inventory, but a physical inventory taken at year-end indicates only 50 units of this product actually are on hand. So 10 units of the product was shrinkage.

Dominik [7]

Answer:

$221,600

Explanation:

The computation of the depreciation expense for the year 2021 is as follows:

Depreciation expense is

= (Cost - Salvage value) ÷ Useful life

= ($840,300 - $87,000) ÷ 9

= $83,700 per year

Now the book value would be

= $840,300 - ($83,700 × 3 years)

= $589,200

And, finally the revised depreciation is

= ($589,200 - $146,000) ÷ 2

= $221,600

We simply applied the above formula so that the correct value could come

And, the same is to be considered

Explanation:

The reason is that the reduction in the student loan is:

Specific as it addresses about the solution of the plan which in this case is paying extra $200 each month.

Measurable as the student loan reduction is by $12,000, time duration and the extra payment is also measurable.

Attainable as the each month extra payment of $200 is not large amount.
