Although he didn't serve in the Tennessee General Assembly, Harry T. Burn of Niota was elected when he was just 22 years old.

He changed his vote at 1920, to support ratification. With that, he broke a tie in the House of Representatives and made history by guaranteeing women the right to vote.

Are there other circumstances where term limits on the president would be a disadvantage?
Luba_88 [7]

Answer:

Yes there are other circumstances

Explanation:

The 'term limit' in united States refers to the restriction in the number of terms an office holder may serve in the office. It is also known as the rotation in the office. The 22nd amendment in the Constitution of U.S. at the Federal level limits the term limits of the President of America to two 4 year terms.

But some of the disadvantage of the term limits of a president of America are that the replacement of the President during the time of crisis such as depression or war and also the decrease of familiarity among the people.
