The answer is: The failure to make your own decisions about your body can lead to lowered self-esteem.

People who choose to maintain their virginity in united states more often than not would experience some sort of mockery from their peers. Regardless of what the reason is, such mockery could lead to lowered self-esteem that might negatively affect other aspects of their life.

Abstinence in this context refers to not engaging in any sexual activity with another person. Abstinence is a voluntary action.

A reasonable argument for abstinence is that if you are not sexually active you will not contract an STI even AIDS.

There is always a risk that an STI can be contracted through sexual activities with another person, however the risk is significantly reduced through use of protection such as condoms.

Answer:

"I have to follow all state and federal laws."

Explanation:

Kohlberg’s theory focuses on a process that occurs when one decides whether a behaviour is right or wrong. It makes one think and decide on what is appropriate by emphasising on how an individual will respond to a moral dilemma not what one decides or what one actually does.
