PLEASEEEEEE HELLLLLPPPP!!!!!!!!!!! Write a short letter to an imaginary friend. Tell him or her how you feel about substance abuse. Suggest at least 2 (two) alternatives that will help you friend relieve the tension or anxiety he or she feels. Give an example of one way the friend can get help if they need to get help.

today you wasn't in class today and we had learned about substance abuse. And I've noticed that very stressed people tend to turn to drugs and alcohol to relive their stress. Lately I had noticed that you have become very stressed lately.. here's some ways to destress with out abusing substances... 1. talk it out- it helps to talk someone so your not holding in all your feelings in. 2. do things you love- the things you love to do can sometimes help you relive your stress..
