It all depends, honestly.

I'll assume Bipin is the source.

When using as a direct quote from source, you will quote only what is said in the article/newspaper/website/ etc.

So. If a part of the website says Should states, require adolescents to be eighteen before obtaining a driver’s license?

Then, you'll quote all of it.& The answer would be “Should states require adolescents to be eighteen before obtaining a driver’s license (Bipin)?”

If the

Should states, require adolescents to be eighteen before obtaining a driver’s license?

Part of the sentence is your own personal question, then the answer will be

Should states “require adolescents to be eighteen before obtaining a driver’s license” (Bipin)?

Answer:

The rhetorical device that Mark Twain uses in the excerpt is irony.

Explanation:

Irony is a rhetorical device that uses an event or situation that is deliberately contrary to what one expects. It is used to create emphasis and to stress the intensity and exceptional quality of a given situation or event.  In the case of this excerpt, Mark Twain uses the irony of being in danger while lying in bed. Being in your home and in your bed is generally considered to be a place where you are safe from harm. He seems to suggest in this passage that traveling by train is safer than being at home in bed.

Write a letter to the editor of a national newspaper about the road accidents in nepal
Volgvan
To

The Editor,

The Indian Express,

Chandigarh.

Sir,

I want to draw your attention to the ever increasing road accident in the city. Your paper has itself reported six accidents during the last 60 days.

These accidents are taking place due to several reasons. Some of these are poor road lighting, increasing encroachments, open violation of the traffic rules by drivers, absence of safety procedures and lack of traffic educations. The Deputy Commissioner of the city must chalk out a comprehensive plan to improve the traffic situation in the city. School children should be given proper traffic education. All vehicle drivers should be made to pass a screening test to judge their suitability as drivers. Roads should not only be repaired and widened but should also be provided with Sodium lamps to provide sufficient lighting. Helmet wearing law should be strictly enforced. Those violating traffic rules should not be allowed to go scot free. The traffic police should be pulled up to perform their duty honestly and efficiently. These and many more steps need to be urgently taken to check this menace of increasing road accidents.

With thanks,

Yours faithfully.

XYZ.

What does the author believe is the best approach towards free speech in the private sector
Marizza181 [45]

Answer:

The author believes that the best approach towards free speech in the private sector is for the private entities to censor speech by their users.

Explanation:

According to the author, private entities were responsible for the censoring of free speech not the state.

He went on to say that these private sectors have the rights to offer these regulations on their different platforms and make exclusions to certain speech of their members.

Evidence can be see  in the third paragraph. The author implied here that private sector has a right to invoke the first amendment clause that limits speeches that are lawless, full of threat and obscenity.
