Answer: President/ Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Explanation:

As the head of the company, the President or the CEO is the representative of a company at all professional, social and civic activities. This is in line with the roles of a manager by Mintzberg where leaders at to be the Liaison and Spokesperson for their companies.

This does not mean however, that the CEO has to be present in every activity. They can  simply delegate this to another employee who would then appear on their behalf.
